Be transported to the Far East when you walk through the Chinese brass gates of Emerald Gardens. The dark, moody interior makes for an intimate dining experience, with comfy booths and small private dining rooms available.

It’s primarily Chinese menu is accented with influences from Malaysia and Thailand like the Malaysian Curry Chicken, a fresh zesty curry served with roti paratha; or the King Prawn Green Curry cooked with baby eggplant, snow peas, basil and keffir lime leaves in a coconut curry sauce.

All the traditional Chinese favourites are available too, starting with an entrée of Short Soup , Steam Gow Gees and Steamed Pork Buns. And for mains I can’t resist the Szechwan Beef, Roasted Duck with Hoi Sun sauce and the Sizzling Garlic Pork.

Emerald Gardens offers an extensive Chinese style menu, which is fast, fresh and bursting with spice and flavour.

A crowd favourite on the menu is the Crispy Shredded Coconut Prawns, tossed in a special spice mix and battered and rolled in coconut before being fried till golden and served with a spicy citrus sauce. This unique dish brings together the holy trio of salty, sour and sweet, so delicious!
